Thank you for your email. I just finished your book last night, including doing all of the exercises. I found it very helpful and will ensure I put it into good use with any new relationships I may enter. Although I know these tools, (and I forget to use them on myself at times!) you have done a great job to package it altogether into one book, with great explanations, examples and in a way that is easy to understand, follow and participate in. Great work! I will put it aside until needed again. I used it with myself and found it a wonderful way to re-discover and re-member all the beautiful aspects of my being, discover the rules I put upon myself and a few other little hidden ego personality traits. In fact, I had a major, major discovery......and a little too long to explain here but something I have done a lot of work on in the past and not quite seen what is going on, showed up and I could see how it had played a HUGE part in my life and is no longer needed.
