CREATIVE VISUALISATION.

  

Creative Visualisations are like someone telling you a story.

You just need to sit back and relax and listen.

Most people will see the pictures clearly in their mind

as I talk, however there are a few who won't.

That's fine too, just go with the feelings you have.

However, if I asked you to imagine what a room in your home looked like, i bet you could imagine it. or what a taxi or bus looks like, you could imagine that image in your mind.

Creative Visualisations are the same.. i will in telling you a story, just play with your senses to try to imagine the pictures painted for you.

  

SO LETS GET STARTED... BUT BEFORE YOU CLICK ON  THE BEACH,

  

  

PLEASE, prepare your body position and breathing, as set out below. or detailed in the short Video below:

  

GETTING STARTED:

  

slow your breathing down so that you are imagining that you are inhaling through your tummy, hold a long breath for about the count of 5, and slowly exhale through your mouth. imagine that the tension is being released from your body as you exhale. develop a steady deep breathing rhythm , have your hands and legs uncrossed, sit back relax, and adjust any part of your body where you feel tension so that you can feel comfortable.  close your eyes.. and enjoy.
