A mandala is really a big Wish List. This is your opportunity to think really big. Using coloured pens/pencils on a large sheet of paper. Sit quietly for a few minutes in a comfortable position, breath deeply and slowly with your eyes closed but imagining that they are peering out through the top of your forehead (this helps you access your subconscious.) To this exercise for 3 - 5 minutes before picking up your pencils and you will be amazed at the creative thoughts and even wonder wheere some of them came from. Some of the desires you put down can have actions attached to them to start working on right away. A great tool to be able to put down your dreams and desires in all areas of your life. Because we process information via our senses use Colours and Pictures to make it Visual; use words to create feelings and emotions.. Be as creative as you like and once complete put it in a promonent place where you can absorb your desires. The below Mandala is just an idea to get you started. Dream to believe to achieve!
