Turning Challenges into Opportunities in 2010

Thank you to you all who have allowed me into your life, whether it be as your Personal Development Coach, Presenting in a workshop or communicating as an email buddy.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a safe and happy New Year. Often at this time of the year, we can feel overwhelmed with the outside pressure created by the false expectations of what the holiday season has become and feel that we are sliding backwards rather than moving forward into a New Year.

However, having a few days off, is often the perfect time to reflect over the past 12 months of your own personal journey and rather than look at any failings in a negative light, prepare ways to approach these issues differently in 2010.

Also use the time to find those moments when you felt good about your achievements, no matter how small - look at ways to expand in these areas where you already display success.  Please take strength from knowing that each and everyone of us is facing some sort of challenge. 

Our attitude and how we step forward is all that matters, because by staying focused and planning your own personal tiny steps forward will bring the growth that you desire.

My personal wish to you - is to each day feel more at ease being who you are, and be brave to expand and grow in the areas you desire.
